Small Group Fitness

1on1 Training

Small group fitness training maxes out at 3 people to provide individual support. This is a great option if you want to train with other people and have accountability.

1on1 training is a great choice if you are recovering from an injury, newly postpartum or looking for individual support before stepping into a small group session.

Mondays and Wednesdays
9:30am-10:30am

10:30am-11:30am

This class is designed to work with all fitness levels. We will incorporate body weight exercise, bands, weights and yoga to transform your coordination, flexibility and strength! We also rock out to fun music and laugh A LOT!
